If you regularly need on-site network & IT sup- port, but can not afford to hire a full-time IT Ad- ministrator, we have a solution for you. RUN PC can provide your business monthly IT support and services at a nominal cost, via our time block ser- vice contracts. Time block service contracts are the most popular contract option for regular RUN PC service customers.
RUN PC time block contracts start at a single month, two hour commitment. These contracts offer much more than traditional time block dis- counts, including the following features:
❖ Discounts up to 25% off standard service rates and 45% off of express rates.
❖ Full access to all Run PC services at the same low contract rates; from hardware repair and soft- ware troubleshooting, to general PC maintenance and networking.
❖ Guaranteed 4 hour call-back and 24 hour on site or remote response time.
❖ Simple, low monthly payment options, with no commitment beyond the first prepaid month.
ROLL OVER CONTRACTS ADD:

Ability to roll over all unused ser- vice hours for future use while con- tract is in effect.
